Individual permits shall be filed during the building permit process with the planning department of the governing agency of which boundaries a residence is being constructed. For example, if you are constructing a house within the municipal limits of Olive Branch then the permit application shall be filed with the Planning Department of the City of Olive Branch during the building permit process.
