The DeSoto County Regional Utility Authority recently celebrated a major milestone of the regional program during the Ribbon Cutting Event of the new 4 MGD Short Fork Wastewater Treatment Facility. Over 100 people attended the event in celebration of this major accomplishment. Keynote speakers included Senator Thad Cochran, Representative Roger Wicker, BJ Page of the Authority, Colonel Charles Smithers of the USACE, Clovis Reed of MDEQ and Jessie Medlin of DeSoto County. close window
